RETURN POLICY

NO CASH REFUNDS. Most products have a 60 day warranty unless otherwise specified. Products may be returned within the 60 days with a 10% restocking charge and all items must be in good condition. Shipping the items back to us is your responsibility. On returned items, please indicate the reason for the return.

All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice of when it was purchased. No returns will be credited unless a copy of the invoice is enclosed.

No restocking charge on defective products or improperly shipped merchandise. No credits will be issued on abused or damaged items. If there is a defective item found, we will either issue a call tag to have the defective merchandise picked up or sent back or we will have you destroy the item. All returns should have prior approval.

Limited Warranty
This warranty does not extend to any product that has been affected by wear or damage resulting from misuse, abrasion, corrosion, negligence, accident, tampering, faulty installation, inadequate maintenance, damage, or casualty, or to any product that has been improperly repaired or altered in any way that affects the condition of operation of the product/equipment.

PACKAGE INSPECTION
It is your responsibility to open and inspect your order upon delivery and check to see all merchandise has been received. If order is damaged, missing items, or if products are frozen, please notify us within 24 hours of opening order. We will then take whatever actions necessary to get a replacement order to you.

If you do not notify us within 24 hours, we will not be held responsible for any damage done to your order.
