Our dental office has six dental chairs that are in good working condition from about 30 years ago. These 30+ year old dental chairs were covered in various colored velour fabric! Hideous! We called Warren at Creative Colors to reupholster our chairs. We were given a reasonable quote. Warren was quick to get us into his schedule while working with our office hours. He even picked up the chairs and returned them. We did not have to do any of the driving. Also, he was great with making us extra amenities that were needed for the chairs. The overall results from Creative Colors are absolutely phenomenal!! Our newly reupholstered chairs look amazing and the material seems strong enough to withstand the multiple cleanings throughout the day! We are very impressed and would recommend them to anyone in need of good, hard-working, honest company.

I was set to dispose of my leather chair because of discoloration of the leather. I sent the chair to Warren to dye the chair a color that would hide the discoloration. The chair is like new now. His work is superb.

Extremely pleased with everything related to this company/franchisee. I never used or heard of this company before, and after a brief internet search, I found a CCI repair service in my area. The repair was difficult at best as the damage was severe. Large hole in seat section of chaise, was repaired at my house which made it most convenient for me the customer. Initial call to company was answered by the owner, (on a Saturday) and after I sent a photo of the damage, a verbal estimate was given. I expected the cost to increase once on site and the owner, Warren remained at the original estimate, despite the substantial damage. The repair was made within several days of the original call, and the finish was better than I could have ever hoped for,(a large repair patch was necessary). After the damaged area was stabilized, the patch was not only stitched in place but also epoxied for a lasting repair, stained to match, primer applied, and two top coats of sealer/finish applied. Much more than I expected to say the least. Franchise owner, Warren was responsive, polite and extremely professional. Will most definitely use again as well as recommend to friends and family. I just purchased a 2002 Jaguar X Type because I love the styling of the car, and as an ex-Brit and radio personality in the Delaware Valley, the Jag fits me like an old pair of shoes. Well, old shoes have a way of getting damaged over the years and in the case of my car, the driver's seat had been treated very shabbily in the 14 years of its life and it was embarrassing to ferry my interview guests around in such a sad looking vehicle. Many of my chums had spoken highly of Warren Perry and Creative Colors of Brandywine Valley. He restored my seats and the results are incredible. And the service was performed at my location, making it very convenient. The man is a genius and his prices are awesome. If somebody will add a sixth star above I will increase my rating! Cheers! I recently bought my "bucket list" car: a 10 year old Audi S4 convertible. It was in great shape but the 10 years of wear on light leather seats was obvious. Creative Colors did an excellent job of restoring the seats to a "like new" look. Most folks cannot believe the car is 10 years old! I would highly recommend this team.

Had a small split on a seam of the vinyl door panel in my 2013 Explorer. I went to a local Upholstery Shop who advised that I caulk the split as there was no way to repair. I located Warren on the internet and submitted a query with some pictures. He advised it was a common repair and he had done several. Warren was very accommodating with meeting me at my workplace. He performed the repair in a short time with zero inconvenience to me! Most importantly... IT LOOKS FANTASTIC! Great Job Warren! I will definitely refer you to anyone seeking this type of service!
